The inspiration for this design was the juxtaposition between old and new. The selected colour combination is timeless: indigo blue, soft greys, greige, walnut and polished nickel. We combined several natural building elements, including an exposed I-Beam and split face stones on a two-story staircase wall.

The dining room features a uniquely constructed ceiling, as it seemingly floats over the windows. This was achieved by using the same looking material on the dining room ceiling as on the exterior soffit, while carefully hiding the upper frame of the window. Down below, hand-blown glass orbs hang delicately over the dining room table.

A second life rug lay in the front foyer, while the office–which can be seen through an interior window–is styled in mid-century modern furnishings.
